Sweet Cause: Supporting

In honor of Chef Richard Capizzi, a beloved mentor in Victoria's pastry career, our restaurant is committed to continuing his legacy of philanthropy. Every year in New York City, the culinary community gathers for a prestigious gala event, Cookies for Kids Cancer, where the city's finest pastry chefs come together to raise funds for pediatric cancer research. Chef Capizzi, a prominent figure in this noble cause, participated in this event annually, inspiring Victoria during her time working with him at Lincoln. Despite Chef Capizzi's passing in the fall of 2022 from brain cancer, his wife valiantly carries on his mission, organizing events and fundraisers in his memory.

 

We pledge a portion of all our cookie sales to Cookies for Kids Cancer. With every cookie purchased, you not only indulge in a delightful treat but also contribute to a great cause, supporting pediatric cancer research and carrying forward Chef Capizzi's compassionate legacy.
